When I go for a run I like to record my route on an app & then try to join them all up on Google Earth. I've now joined my runs all the way from Dartford to Sittingbourne! Anyone not from SE England probably doesn't know how far that is, but it's quite a long way.

I sprained my thumb so can't play the guitar. I thought it would last a couple of days but apparently it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get better! Bollocks ☹️
